At Ardentia, we believe organizations thrive when strategy and humanity move as one. Too often, workplaces pursue performance without nurturing people, or invest in people without the clarity and structure they need to flourish. We exist to bridge that gap—so work becomes not just productive, but deeply human.


With experience across industries and culturally diverse environments on four continents, we understand the complexity of how people work, lead, and connect. This global perspective shapes our approach: listening deeply, honoring context, and designing solutions that resonate across teams and realities.

Our Founder

Marcela Palau is a global leadership partner and lifelong learner with over 15 years of experience helping people and organizations thrive across the United States, Colombia, the United Kingdom, Spain, Georgia, China, and the Philippines. Her work has spanned boardrooms, universities, development institutions, and culturally diverse environments—giving her an ability to listen deeply, adapt with curiosity, and honor the uniqueness of every person and place.


With expertise across the full HR cycle, including recruitment, learning and development, organizational change, talent management, and employee engagement, Marcela understands how systems, strategy, and human experience intersect. She has supported leaders through change, culture transformation, capability building, and people strategy design, always anchoring transformation in humanity.


Marcela is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC) and a practitioner of the MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and the Barrett Cultural Values Assessment®, bringing evidence-based tools into her work with leaders and teams. She also draws from training in behavioral science, futures and foresight, and design thinking, enriching her approach with interdisciplinary insight. Beyond her professional practice, she gives back as a volunteer mentor with Teach for the Philippines and the London School of Economics.


Educated at London School of Economics, Brandeis University, and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Marcela combines academic rigor with lived experience. She is not a distant advisor, she walks alongside the leaders and teams she supports as a trusted partner. Her work inspires leaders to grow in ways that uplift not only themselves, but the teams and cultures they shape.
